CSA has been great but they could do more

I split with partner in june 2010, i had to fight for any sort of contribution from him not even a box of nappies.

He accured thousands of pounds worth of arrears then claimed he was unemployed even though he worked along side me!!!

He got away with this.

June 2011 i still had nothing from this guy, I managed to get a deductions of earnings, then…. surprise surprise he made a payment! this then cancelled the automatic earnings and once again the payments stopped, Nov 2011 i finally receive a direct debit payment only to realise that the direct debit set up was cancelled the day after it was made so no more payments for my son.

this guy pays £26 a month claiming he cant afford it but at this current time is in the dominican republic for 2 weeks all inclusive!

It nevers stops!

The CSA have been great and done the very best they can but they can be so much better, my son is losing out because his incompatent sperm donar puts himself first. I am sure there are many more of you out there and I know for a fact that not all guys are like this just like my new partner who would give my son the world if he could 🙂 I hope you all get sorted soon but this feeling of being lied to hurts! my son sees his dad but he will never be able to provide the very best because he is a selffish excuse of a man. I hope that my son grows up realising that the family we have now is that matters and that eventuallythis person will disappear.
