CSA Fraud

My partner left me and my daughter back in April when she was (just about) 4 months old. He toook everything and run off with an ex of his. This ex and he have 2 children together.

I made a claim for CSA in June 2011 and have since had one payment of £150. Now, here’s the dodgy part. He and his wife have put a claim in to the CSA for their children, this is so that money toward my child is significantly reduced.

They are back together. The CSA tell me there’s nothing that they can do!?

Why not?! Surely THIS IS FRAUD!!
