CSA forced me to abandon my children

After years of seperation and refusing to go back to my ex, I was reported to the csa and wrongly accused of not maintaining my two children with her.

I just came back from a four weeks holiday in the caribbean with the younger of our children, all expences paid for by me and was surprised by a letter from csa. I then contacted them and provide documents such as bank payment slips of £70 weekly for the last four years, holiday bookings and school uniform invoices. I was bullied by the csa and £120 was taken from my wages of £370. I pleaded to them but to no avail and was left struggling to pay my rent,support my other children and other expenses.

I was so stressed i gave up work and am now at breaking point. I have’nt seen my children for seven months and have’nt given them anything in over five months. Thank you csa!
