CSA doing nothing to refund me

My payments DEO ended january. I recieved a letter telling me how much i paid over the 7 years and that i had made an over payment. We are in april and still nothing yet.

I overpaid £4.000, which is quite a bit but nothing compared some of the figures ive seen. Anyway i just want closure and i want my money, after all its mine.

I’ve had a stroke before my claim was due to end. I’m disabled now. Those people at csa make me mad, ive found a site that where you pay for a voucher £28.00 and get two phone calls to speak and get advice from a speacialist csa solicitor whom can dictate a letter over the phone. It’s not a premiem line either. So far they told me i was to expect payment today by bacs, 3 days to clear, but nothing. So he said wait and use my second call and see what they at csa have to say.

Now its been 4 months now. These people are real arseholes. I want closure.
