CSA = Can’t Solve Anything

Eighteen years ago the courts awarded me custody of my two children, after sixteen years of continued contact with the csa they finally issued an order for their mother to commence payment of arrears which only lasted for 12 months, for the past nine months I have wrote several letters (all being ignored). Now I have found out my file has moved to another part of the country, which would now be about the eighth time. I really get the feeling that this organisation (which is far from organised) was set up for the benefit of single mothers only. If during eighteen years of going through my MP and Parliamentary Ombudsman they cannot get it right, what makes anyone think they can get it right NOW.

What I would really like to know is; Do CSA Employees have children of their own? and do they tell their friends (if they have any) what there job is?
