CSA Belfast makes up new security questions I cannot answer

I have made two complaints regarding the Belfast office who have not contacted me,or got me any money, for 2 years.

Since then whenever I call they tell me new security questions are in place and as I can’t remember exactly when i last called them they can’t progress my case!!

Be warned-keep details of EVERYTHING or better still write to them and send the letter so it has to be signed for.
