CSA are unable to do their job

For the most of this year the csa have been having issues tracing the payments coming in from my ex husbands work place. The payment is apart of a bulk payment. Excuses have always been made as they have forgot the mandate, or the payment as been sitting on someones desk, all to be honest excuses. The last 4 to 5 monthes the payments have been really late phone calls have been made and letters sent out in order to sort this out threatening legal action if this issue is not rectified but still it has made no different.

The past week i have phoned them numerous times enquiring about the payments which no have reach over 500 pound and was told that a letter warning then was sent out and they have not acted on it so they have rung them and they wish for it to be put in writing again which the office said they would not do and that they wished to speak to the managment team of the firm. they where then told that this would be possible but the firm no as a 5 day turn over.

I explaned that this was unexceptable to me as i and my family need the money for christmas but was told quite shockingly that they could not gaurentee the payment now for christmas. This being the case by the time this is sorted out they will in fact owe me over 800 pound i find this disgusting it now makes me wonder A why the government are paying a load of incompetent people to do a job what they dont understand and B all the protocol that as to be followed and legislation that the government have put in place means nothing. To me the CSA favours the absent parent not the most needy people which are the child.

I’M DISGUSTED CSA THAT YOU DONT REALLY CARE AS IT DOESNT AFFECT YOU.
