CSA are contacting me about my 30 year old daughter!

Today I received a letter from the CSA saying I owed £4,700 for one of my daughters who is now 30, I always paid for my kids, but after 14 years since the last payment how can I prove that, they have always had my national insurance number so if I was in debt surely they would have been in touch before now, what can I do?
