Corruption in the Child Support Agency

I have been divorced a total of 13 years but only had a child support liability recorded the past three years. The csa made a meal of every one of the three decisions it makes. first off their fave…reason 8 stating i had left employment to avoid c.s.. Using a rebut table presumption they pinged me with this one…ha ha trouble was when i left the employment the csa had not been involved in my matter. Didn’t seem to matter to them they pinged me and then set an amount based on my former wage. My ex wife stated she was on a pension and at the same time walked into a local toyota dealership and bought a brand new four wheel drive. the csa blinded by their lust for payers money ignored this, ignored business cards of the ex’s, o/s trips and i/state trips, customer lists and work shop locations, only to drag me before the federal court.

Took me 2 and half years to prove her income, all the while the csa trying to get final orders in the fed court and opposing adjournments to appeal these b/s decisions…worse still once i proved my ex was lying at the ssat they went even harder and raided my home with sheriffs and attempted to take my work truck. a four hour siege ensued. I have reported them to the ombudsman four separate times. I believe the ombudsman is complicit.I still haven’t got to appeal the percentage child care business and have just had enough of the bully boy goons. I see why people are pushed so hard they burst….i am nearly there. Stop these criminal thugs please .

Another thing that worries me i am yet to speak to a man there at csa. Is it a dykes club???? It might not be politically correct but betcha i am not far off.
