Child Support Agency wanted more money than I earned

I have been a victim of the CSAfor over 4 years now to which i have lost my house and am currently getting evicted from my rental property as i cant afford to pay rent and all through the little chilli winter i couldnt even turn my heating on reason for this the csa.

I had a deduction of earnings order slammed on me without even getting the chance to pay normally even though i told them that i had opened a new account just for them but they said no you havent!!!

Even though they still took this money out of the new account and said they wanted more and the amount i was paying (£120_£555 A WEEK) wasnt enough and i was supposed to be paying more which left me with £40 aweek to eat pay for electricity and petrol. When i asked for a reasesment i was told no as iam not paying enough as it is and they want another £30 a week now.maths is not my strong point but isnt that more than 40%
