CAFCAS/CMEC Quangos time to go
According to the news, that I have read and fervently folowed, both CAFCAS and CMEC are listed amoungst the 900+ quangos under review to be be cut.
Therefore is it not time to strike while the iron is hot? ie plague the csa constantly,with phone calls,letters, solicitors and MP”s questions. It is now time to make sure all are equally treated by this Government body and the next understand that WE are no longer willing to be persecuted, becouse we are an easy target, yet the actual perpetrators disappear into oblivion becouse it is easier fot the CSA to trace us, hound as, take our homes away from us, then actually spend our money persueing us.
This, these known sensical collections, is a last ditch effort by these beurocratical bodies to save their own hides from the CUT. The more money they can collect, REGARDLESS of the fact it may not be due or owed (just read the pages of cases that prove this) the more they can show this inconsequential government they are needed and “what a good job they do”????????

Exactly ! tie these imbeciles up in there own bearocracy (shit) complain about everything appeal everything pass all complaints to I.C.E. and your MP do NOT speak to them on the phone but insist everything is in writing and finally ignore there time scales THEY DO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!Tie the child abusing twats up in so much paperwork they will dissapear up there own fat arses !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i love pissing them off! i remind them of their policies and ask why they dont keep a closer eye on the case. if they dont do something they brag they do then i remind them of it. i remind them its unprofessional. they must dread hearing from me but i do it for my son.

Correct.The realisation that a lot of the legalised thieves in their ‘ivory towers’ are about to lose their jobs, has brought about a wake up call. The panic is well and truly setting in. Alas, I fear it is too late.
Duncan Smith has had this DWP business mapped out for a long time and I think that we are about to hear a lot more from the QUIET MAN, on ‘lifting children out of poverty’……my a-se….He means filling the governments pot up by once again by screwing parents!
The only glimmer of satisfaction will be that the incompetent oafs at the CSA are about to have their ‘job for life’ and associated benefits removed from them.

If everyone one hounded the CSA like they hounded us we could close them down in six months. It costs £10 to apply for your Data Protection Prints, it must cost hundreds if not thousands for the CSA to gather all the information and if everyone applied for this at the same time they would not be able to cope, the reason being they only have 40 to furnish you with these details.
I really hope they get there marching orders but if they don't then i would suggest that they take notice of this site.They should email the people who make comments on here, as there is a good mixture NRP's and PWC and offer them job's to sort the department out, these are the people who are having the problems. Then the government can give them the powers to make this a trough big society.And remember we don't need another 8000 traffic wardens cause that all there staff are fit for

Yes, Everyone should be writing to their MP, Requiring meetings with their MP, and writing/phoning the CSA/CMEC. Do the only thing they understand, keep harassing them and threatening them. Just tell them what they are doing to you and your children and say that you are going to do the same to them. Anyone who has had money taken from them that has not been passed onto their children (or the other parent) should be demanding the money be returned. If the CSA?CMEC won't return it then the Inland Revenue must! If your supposed to be receiving money but are not, the threaten with legal action to recover the money they owe you! Comeone everyone, they've given us HELL, it's time to give them HELL!

sorry really upsets me when i see women on here say they are 'entitled' to money as one lady has put here. Again the whole problem with this is that women are able to have children and then feel that they are 'entitled' for someone else to pay to bring them up. Firstly the entitlement is not to the PWC but essentially for the child, secondly it seems that there only motivation is to have children to be paid by someone else. Pretty shallow in my opinion.
