Bullying people who must have a staff of all women

I am a mechanic and need a license to work. i had a job that missed a month of payment. i then lost that job and soon learned that i owed past due amount and was told that a order was sent to suspend my license. i was told that they would send a request not to pull license. so i paid past due amout.a few weeks later i was set to get a job making 18 dollars per hr. i lost the job because child support went ahead and took my license even after i had paid past due amount. i then had money taken out of unemployment to the point i was coaught up(due to not having job 1 month i fell behind).I

I had anther job offer making 16 an hour but also was not able to get that job. well after 2 months of not having a job i finally was able to get one at a dealership. i had gone to school and recived spicific training for this brand of dealership and it cost 38000 dollars. after my first day i recived email stating that i had not made a paymrnt for august and that they were thinking of taking my license again. well they had stopped taking money from my unemployment for the month so this seams like some trap. funny thing is i checked my account and it showed 0.00 dollars past due. i sent an email telling of my new job and other info. if they take my license i will loose my job that pretty much took 3 years to get. i am now forced to loose my job or my apartment or have no electricity. i also live with my 6 month pregnant wife and my other 3 children. we all face loosing our home.

Next month i have to smog and pay registration on car and make car payment so i can go to work. i just dont think i can do it. i feel very bullied and discriminated. colusa county child support are these bullying people who i belive have a staff of all women possibly one man.
