Asking CSA for assessment for years

I am a resident parent and have been supporting my two children alone for the last 9 years my ex-partner left the house with £32,000 of debt which are secured against the property therefore I have to pay them along with the mortgage and bills I approached the CSA many moons ago to get support for the two children but either himself or his employer still to this day maintain that he is only earning half the money that he actually earns therefore lowering his payments of child support to the bare minimum and claiming for a resident child that is not his and is also over 18 years old.

Again in an attempt to pay me the minimum support, in fact it’s the only source of income that I receive, that ACTUALLY decreases over the years as he went and had another child, and my son is now over 18 himself so his support stopped so now he only pays for our Daughter. Bearing in mind I am paying more than what I receive in child support for his damn loans which is not fair at all.

I have been asking for an assessment for nine years now and I keep getting the same answer back that my payments are correct even though he is stating that he has not had a pay rise since 2001?? in eleven years???

Absolutely false not to mention that 3-4 times a year I have to call the CSA up like I will have to do again as I am missing 3 months CSA payments and I am now in financial hardship having to take out 2 payday loans with extortionate rates simply because I have to put food on the table and electric in the meter. This is absurd and needs to be sorted out.
