Angry that CSA wants to charge BOTH parents

MY ex left me with mortage and debts and wouldn’t help financailly, the CSA was the last resort, when he heard I was going to them he said he wanted the kids 3 nights a week as he thought this would mean he wouldn’t have to pay, but he still did which made him furious. We are years down the line, he pays for the 4 nights ney , he argues that I should and so I do even though Im on half his wage.

Anyway we keep the status quo by me not arguing with this. Im really worried about the changes as I know he is going to go apeshit again when he has to deal with the CSA as he hates contributing. If we could have done it fairly at the beginning I would have preferred it as it would have been calmer but he just didn’t see why he should pay for his kids.

Im pissed off that they are talking about charging both parents as I see it as unfair on both of us as the kids are the only ones who suffer as both parents will have less money for them. There are good and bad on both sides, There are a million reasons why parents split and a patronising government who don’t give a toss and are totally detached doesn’t help.
