Access to my child

Hey. I have a 15month old girl. Me and her dad r on and off ever since he cheated on me when i was pregnate he went into prison wen i was pregnate and all his friends r in and out of prison they are bad new.

My partner is verbally abusive to me and drinks alot and goes out with his friends all the time spends loads i meane about 150 on a nite out i do not trust him as he has cheated he does not help out with child care alot as he works as do i tho and he said his tired. I have finiahed our relationship as he is going out far to much drink and doing drugs im also sure he does cheat as well as sometimea he dont even come home.

He is on my daughters birth ceetificate but i dont want him in her life am i being unfair am i veing bitter. I work 24hr shift at work and wen i returned home a liter bottle of vodka was in the bin empty that him and his friend drank whilest i was at work. If we went to court what will happen has anyone experienced wot im going tho. He has a massive criminal record. He said im bitter and twisted and using our daughter as a weapon but i feel as im protecting her. Him and his friends constantly swear and the word c@#t is used frequantly..

Where do i stand wen come to acsess and do u feel its unfair on her. Scared and confussed. Hes did nt give me money for her today as did nt get good wages but is out on an all day bender with his friends. Help
