A number of illegal immigrants are exploiting the system

A number of illegal migrants have been exploiting the system. My ex has been illegal for the past 2 years as she was on a dependent visas prior to our divorce.

The separation and divorce meant that she is no longer my dependent and is out of immigration status. Immigration rules require that she leaves the country immediately once the relationship ended. She refuses to abide my the immigration rule and she was not satisfy with the amount I paid for my my two children so she uses the CSA to demand money that she needs. The CSA would not listen to me but instead insisted in carrying out an assessment that would benefit the ex wife. Shouldn’t the CSA check to ensure that the people they represent is in legal immigration standing? Isn’t this an abuse of the system by illegal migrants?
