Judged sided with CSA before they even heard my case
Hi I reciently went to a tribunal for the 5th time with my accountant and buisness partner, I did not have a legal rep as From the previous hearings they wanted figures etc hence the accountant.
In a nutshell the judge ignored every thing we said and did not believe all three of us….. i have spent 15 years providing documents to the csa and been investigated by the csa before.
I have never lied,I have nothing to hide yet it was already decided they wanted to claim assetts…shocked beyond belief.

Magistrates are csa share holders of the csa
actually CSA tribunals are chaired by lawyers training to be judges. magistrates dont hold any legal qualifications.
in your case it would seem that you have gone to a tier 1 tribunal on each occassion. the only way forward is to appeal to a higher tribunal.
eventually you will either get a result or end up in the high court.
if it is the high court then the apllicationn will be for a judicial review of the tribunal decision.
As a word of warning it is easy to have faith in your own case contrary to the fact of law. So I recommed that you consult a family lawyer for a prfessional opinion before you get clobbered as high court judges wjhile very good are very expensive if you lose.
