20 years of letters from the CSA

In the early 90’s I started to get letters from the csa, I denied the child was mine, they asked me to go and see them, but I refused.

Then they sent a letter saying, as you never turned up, we rule the child is yours. Without DNA, how clever are they. This child is now 23, 24 in December, and today I get a letter from csa, telling me my balance is zero. Which it would be. Do you know why I’d be getting a statement about a 23 year old man?

I have returned previous letters to them, told them on the phone about his age, it’s like talking to a wall. No offence to walls, but this is annoying me now, 20 years I’ve been getting letters, didn’t get a one until he was 3.
