Why don’t the CSA talk to the colleges?

August 5, 2014

What do you do when your youngest son finishes college at 18, even though he rarely attended.

Gets his girlfriend pregnant but then signs on for another course at college even though you know he’s hardly going to attend again.

Why don’t they liaise with the college and stop the payments if he’s not going.

They would probably say that it would breach the QCs confidentiality it they made the kind of enquiries you are talking about.
Normally they rely on liaising with the child benefit office about whether the child benefit is still in payment to the PWC.
You need to ask them to check with the child benefit office.

No use asking them to check with child benefit office, because they won’t. They will tell you it’s not their business to chase or investigate. It will be the Nrp that has to do all the chasing. Why would the CSA chase it anyway Bill? Think about it, it ain’t rocket science. They are bleeding this guy of cash…why would they want to stop that by helping him and the law being on their side saying they don’t have to
