Tribunal hearing to look at ‘diversion of income’

July 8, 2011

I run a ltd company and opted for a tribunal hearing as my ex is accusing “Lifestyle inconsistent” and “Diversion of Income” she provided stolen company documents.

I pay her less money than I earn but she is teh first to admit the kids do not suffer, I pay there dinner money, she says they need clothes, they get clothes, holiday etc.

She is doing a vengeful claim.

The tribunal now want all my company bank statements, complete accounts, invoice etc, they will give her a copy, so my complete client database will be know, surely that is uncompetitive and illegal. She can do and distribute to who she likes and the tribunal don’t care. When I said about teh stolen documents they said if you give us all your company records that issue has gone away.

I feel like closing the company and signing on. The kids really will suffer then. A ridiculous situation surely against 6 & 8 of Human rights.

Thats a disgrace having to show you company accounts.

My ex partner had simular problems, due to the stress of it all we split up as I just couldnt take anymore of the shit they caused.

His ex wife wanted my bank accounts checked and my assests, who the hell did she think she was. His children had nothing to do with me. I had my assets before I met him.

Close your business down you should never have opted for a hearing. I have heard that in simular cases they have actually contacted clients they see on the books.

    Close it down NOW

Do you really hope to find some honest people to pity you? You ex-wife is making you immortal, by caring for the half of your genes. Incidentally, of course, just because there are her genes tangled with yours too. You are a lucky sod and should pray for her and your kids. You are saying you do not pay her enough? You are a greedy-greedy grump and hope people like you will be punished more severely. Don’t even try to cover your greed with the suffering sauce of your kids. Shame on you! And know what? God can see everything, he just waits. You will not understand what hit you one day for violating simple law of child raising. Watch how penguins do it.
P.S. You literacy is crap, so I do not even have a hope you will understand my message more then a penguin will.

Hi, I know this is an old thread but just had to add –

your literacy isn’t much better and your grammer is not very good.

‘suffering sauce’, ‘You literacy is crap’, ‘I do not even have a hope you will understand my message’, ‘will not understand what hit you one day for violating simple law of child raising’ etc

By the way, which god are you talking about? My God says there is only one God and she should know!

Oh Sandra you sound like my ex a very vengeful bitter person.
My ex doesn’t care much about them, they do what they want as she doesn’t look after them.
What i didn’t put is that we ran 2 businesses and i signed one over to her and a house that is rented as an investment, she makes bundles of money and lies about her income to the HMRC, that is why I do not pay as much in cash to her, but buy clothes, holidays etc.
When we started talking about her income strange how see decided to withdraw the tribunal application.

Funny how people have tunnel vision on these matters, and not knowing the facts.
Yes god can see everything and what comes around goes around.
My kids are very happy now and the future is bright – you will be bitter to the very end Sandra

Oh and the CSA can’t do half of what they tried, when I asked them what section is that in the Orange book, they backed off as well

Hi there. The company accounts and the self assessment return should suffice. I assume that they are prepared by a qualified accountant. (That should satisfy the whole invoice thing that does not need to be disclosed)

I strongly advise that you DO NOT close down your company and start another. This I believe will only clearly demonstrate a ‘Diversion of income’
