These payments might mean that I have to leave my partner and child

I have recently been issued with a payment schedule from the CSA for payments and arrears.

The monthly salary deduction is going to be £600 per month. I have been in and out of work over the last four years and am already trying to pay back loans and credit card arrears.

I was evicted from my previous property due to not being able to afford my rent. I have a little boy with my new partner and if this money is taken from my salary over the next 18 months I will be forced to give up my job and move out of our home as we just cannot afford this level of deduction.

I spoke to the CSA who basically told me that those are the payments and they are not really interested in my current situation. The money has to be paid.

I do not want to split from my partner or lose my little boy but it is a distinct reality.
