The judge just told me to get a job

June 11, 2015

My ex has not paid a penny since he gave up work 16yrs ago, we split when she was less than 6 months old but he decided that he wanted to be an actor – and became self employed – for years he would sell his house and move on – he married and had two more kids – but hey because his wife supports him he is not liable for any form of support – she is 16 now and still to this date he has not paid a penny – however he thinks that buying her a scooter for her 16th he has made up for it – it costs more than £2000 to raise a child.

The CSA took it to tribunal and all the judge said was “get a job to support your family”, he still did not have to prove that he had no income and now I hear that he is working as a security guard for the studios but guess what still nil assessment – how come what are they doing to look into this – nothing!!!!!

Yes 2 to make a child but my ex decided she didn’t want me around any more to raise my child and be a dad to her…she wanted someone else to do that and so moved in with him, so yes…two should support a child….those two, not me, she don’t live with me and I am not responsible for her any more, her mothers choice. I am right am I not ?
