The CSA has taken her side because she is the mother – how is that fair?
the way the csa work is absolutely disgusting! i am paying £260 a month for one child,this includes back payments from 2000-2003 that i paid my ex direct (the csa advised this). we have two children one that lives with me and one lives with her mum-shared costa.
she is on benefits so has to pay me 10 quid a fortnight.i can barely afford to live,this affecting my relationship with my wife/friends as i am always so stressed and my kids are going without because of my ex greed.
the csa has taken her side cause she is the mother,how is that fair? appalled by the service

It should be cancelled altogether if you have a child each. The csa never cease to amaze me. This is awful
I asked the CSA on the phone why do they believe EVERYTHING my ex tells them ? ? ..the women on the phone said ” Well it’s because she’s the ” resident parent ” ……. :-/
