Recently made contact with my dad and he owes 20 years of CSA pay
My name is kylie fildes my maiden name is kylie gregory I have recently made contact with my father nigel roy gregory who I hadnt seen since I was 3 years old when he moved to holland with his second wife he has been living there since.
My mum tried to seek csa payment from him in 1992/93 but the csa couldnt trace him as he was no longer in the uk. We have recieved no financial support from him and have lived in a small council house all our lives while he has been able to start a new life in holland he buys a new car every 5 yrs and has bought his own 4 bedroom house he has lived a good life while me and my mum have struggled with my 2 other siblings who are also nigel gregorys children.
I am looking for some help or information on what will happen as he owes 3 children 20yrs of support which he accepts no responsibility for. It disgusting. If you need his address and tel no we are willing to give it to you.

Are you of the mistaken opinion that this group has anything to do with the CSA or can look at records? It’s to help people who are being fucked over by the CSA so giving names and contact details is pointless

I say fuck the system . Nt husband is a asshole fir putting me through this. All because he is butt hurt.
He was out of the country. He first need to pay!
He only has to pay Csa if he lives and works in the uk, therefor your not entitled to anything
He o nothing , that y you got nothing . And your life got nothing to do with him you make your life the way it is don’t like it charge it only you can make your life better stop waiting for it to be handed to you !

You’re married! Grow up. He doesn’t owe you a penny or your mum or your siblings. Maybe there was a reason he moved abroad? Maybe you gained this delightful character and priorities from your mother? Seriously, get a grip.
Another victory against the CSA Scum and greedy mothers. I am moving to Malta in November for exactly the same reason!
How sad – all you can see is £1’s. He’s probably worked hard for what he has and may have even left your mum cos she was lazy and grasping……. Ohh and I brought up 2 children on my own, worked 3 jobs and have a reasonable standard of living. Started out in a rented small flat, grafted and saved…… Hate my children’s father and family BUT am pleased my children have a relationship with them – that’s what is important.
