June 7, 2013

hi my oldest sons dad has just come back into my sons life after 8 years. He is refusing to pay more than 20 pound a week for him he has not payed nothing over the last 8 years till now. he says why should he as hes got three other kids to buy for.

Ive told him that 100 pound a month doesn’t cover what he needs and plus he should be able to give me more as hes told me that he owns two tan shops one is Queensbury in Bradford west Yorkshire and another in Wibsy Bradford west Yorkshire. He says he cant afford to because he has other stuff to pay out hes anoyed me as he can afford to go on holidays drive a 7 seater car exc

Upto a few months ago, I would suggest things for you to action, in the hope the CSA would contact your ex and make him pay maintenance for his children.

However my views have now totally changed. Why should your ex be caught up in the vile corrupt CSA system. Once in their system, your trapped and your life is made hell.. I’ve been a CSA gold card member, since it was set up and they have been controlling my life for the past 20 years, with their high unreasonable maintenance demands, ficticious arrears and the threat of baliffs and a liability order, despite always being a fully compliant NRP.

The CSA have been given obscene powers and their two bob case clerks are only interested on reaching their targets.

Good luck to your ex. Being self employed he’s playing the system and getting away with It. Only wish I was self employed and not PAYE.

Ignore some of these idiots above, 2 make a child, 2 should support the child, NOT THE STATE / TAXPAYERS. Dont have more children if you cant afford the ones you have already!

Good luck, join the facebook group child support agencies failings for advice and support.

how many kids have you got?

kids by different fathers – sounds like you could be one of those benefit queen?

he is now back in your sons life after 8 years absence and now paying you £20per week ie more than nothing – I’m concerned for your son’s welfare as you appear to be looking to kick the father out for another 8 years.

you are getting £20per week, the dad is back in your son’s life – your son is presumably very hapopy with this situation and if he goes and stays with his dad then your £20 per week is a bonus – your son is the winner here not you are the loser.

sort your life out otherwise you will be a bitter and twisted [and lonely] old lady. are your other kids seeing their dads?
