I’ve paid money directly to my daughter for seven years – can they now take 15% of my wage?

Hello im lookin for some advice. I just recieved the call of the csa. They after 15% of my income, I also have another child I pay for and my job requires me to pay 200 a month in travel. The child I pay for lives in glasgow and I live in durham. Over the last 7 year ive paid weekly for her and travelled up there at least once a month. Can they still take 15%

    Duncan you give wrong information. The answer is both yes and no. The parent with care can opt for a private arrangement. There’s no rule that the pwc has to use the csa. Pwc will only use the csa if they feel they can gain more money. Or the dss says they must use the csa or loose benefit.
