I’m ready to prepare records of the CSA’s tactics

I’ve today become aware of a tactic being used by the CSA when they cannot answer your questions. After contacting them today regarding arrears I don’t owe, (Have already been to court in 2007 and told they’re cleared) the operator became agitated when I continually asked her why the CSA were taking £250 in one lump sum from my wages this coming November.

When I asked who had set this figure and why she accused me of being sarcastic (not abusive) and said she was terminating the call. She also refused to give her full name. I am happy to collect examples of this type of behaviour and report the CSA to Ofcom for their business practices and will prepare a file which my MP has said he’s happy to look at.
