I’m paying for a child that isn’t mine, how can I stop it?
April 16, 2013
hi I am getting money taken from my benefit for a child that is not mine. I was willing and waiting to do the dna test then this childs mother phoned me and said I was just to wait on a letter coming from you. The next letter I get was one telling me that this is my child because I didn’t do the dna test. I was willing to do it but the woman told me to wait on the CSA getting in touch.
I am already a father, I am a lone father and if I was this childs dad I would be there. I no this woman has said to other guys they are the father and I have even met one man with this child. Could you get in touch with me and let me no how I go about getting this stopped?
Thanks
William stewart

Welcome to the world of the CSA SCUM, you have now had all your rights that were granted by the Magna Carta and article 6 of the European Human Rights Acts removed from you. THE vile people at the CSA (who are lower of the social scale than the worse Paedophile on the planet) will refuse to allow a DNA test unless you manage to somehow pay for one yourself, using a company they specify, and even if you can prove the child is not yours, the CSA will not automatically stop chasing you and raping your benefits, as they reserve the right to ignore your DNA test results. Britain allows Jihad terrorist Muslims more rights and more protection under the law that you now have as a Non Resident Parent (whether the child is your or not)
firstly this isn’t the csa. its an advice group set up by users of csa. Id call them and tell them you are willing to do a dna test but until you are proven to be the father that they are in fact breaking the law taking money from you.
You are wasting your time even speaking to the vile scum at the CSA, they do not care about breaking the Law in any shape or form
Amanda Johnson, are you not a PWC with various children all to different men, who has used the CSA chase all the different men?
William, you need to seek legal advice asap. Assuming that you are on this child’s birth certificate, you need to file with the court and have your parental responsibility revoked as soon as you have DNA proof that he isn’t yours. I would sue and file for deceit too, “women” like this “lady” need to learn the hard way sometimes but hey ho, you can’t let her mess up your life and that of this child any longer. Best wishes.
When the CSA first contacted you did you inform them that you do not believe you are the father of the child? You need to write to them and explain that you do not believe you are the child’s father, and you are more than willing to do a DNA test to prove it. If you are not on the child’s birth certificate then they have to arrange for a DNA test to be carried out. If you are then they will assume you are the father and it will be up to you to arrange a DNA test yourself. The following link may be of some help.

I don’t think the link I posted is working. If not, copy and paste it into your web browser and it should work.

no actualy peter im not
im a pwc of two children from the same father
who might I add is a fekless waste of space
William,
Are you named on the child’s birth certificate?
William, if you did not deny paternity at the start of the case you will need to apply for a declaration of non-parentage via your local magistrates court.
