How can the CSA mess with people’s emotions like this?
The CSA in June this year told me by letter, and by phone that my payments should have stopped on 01/09/2011. My payments were stopped, and I was told that they will be making arrangements to refund my over payments.
After 16 years of being unfairly treated by the CSA, I was overjoyed that they are finally out of my life. How ever, I received a letter yesterday, my case has been reopened, as mistakes have been made. I am now at a very low point. How can the CSA mess with peoples emotions like this. ????

I am about to exit this shit system, run by wa-k-rs. I wrote to them and warned them if they came back for more I would involve solicitors.
The CSA are liars and thieves. make a complaint to the Chief executives office, and it may be worth seeking a free consultation with a solicitor!

@John, please explain more….I have sent an email to the commissioners and lots of MP’s…15 days for a response…15 working days was the reply. Asked them to explain how the CSA came to their % calculations, and how anyone in these difficult financial times could afford to have 15/20/25% plus lopped off their wages!! And still eat/pay their own bills.
