FDS International interested in my CSA story

Had a letter a while back from FDS International saying they would be in touch to conduct a telephone based interview.

Well, they rang today, I advised them that after 13 years dealing with the Child Shambles Agency, and that over the years the court had on a number of cases agreed with me and made orders against the Agency to correct/repay maintenance (none of which to date has happened) that any comments I may make would not in favour of the Agency.

Advised that the Interview would take around 15 mins to complete.

Well, around 4 minutes into the survey, I was asked if I had been provided with enough information to deal with the arrears that had accumlated in the last six months. Well that came as a surprise!, given that the agency wont respond to SAR requests and the last time the agency contacted me (after a 3 1/2 year silent gap) was six months ago after my ex`s solictor encouraged her to contact the CSA for more money AFTER reducing contact.

So it now appears that the Agency are quite happy to disclose details to a 3rd party but WONT tell the NRP about arrears that have appeared without explanation or warning

    OMG i had a letter off FDS then a few week later they rang me on 3/8/10 to do a " customer satisfaction survey " on behalf of the CSA , i must have been on the phone for over half a hour , the point is will the CSA take any notice what so ever of the FDS survey because i cant Imagen anyone having anything good to say about the CSA ? ?

    I have also done a survey and mine was very negative as well. I have dealt with these for around 14 or more years regarding my own children and now my grandson who I am bringing up. They have got worse not better. Lets hope something will be done as they must have loads of negative feedback.

    Sadly it won't because FDS are employed by the csa, therefore it is another government fudge.

    like to see how many lies are spouted by FDS….more than the current subjects under the the CSA's ever searching eye….looking for it's precious…. the power of evil!!! it has to be destroyed!!!
