Ex refused to hand over info to leave me in the lurch with CSA

After my wife had an affair with an air forse officer she left and stole my 2 children,never seen my kids in 7 months till after i had to go court.

Got full access to my girl and boy,mother moved to Lincoln so she and her new husband made it very difficult to make plans and see my kids.

14 years later the CSA are now saying i still owe them 4 grand and now will be taking the money of my wages,in 2008 she refused to give info about her husband and herself, now CSA are saying that she has the right to ask for money she thinks shes is owed.
