Does the CSA look at the father’s loans and outgoings?

Do the CSA take into account a fathers loans and outgoings when working out the figure for the father to pay in child maintenance? My ex is threatening not to may child maintenance as he doesn’t want my daughter meeting my new partner.

The CSA don’t give a shit about a NRP’s outgoings or living cost …nothing….that’s why this vile disgusting agency is unfair. It does not look at a NRP’s ability to pay a fair amount within his means and still sustain some quality of life.
So the answer is no…..they do not take into account any outgoings,loans,debt etc
