CSA will learn the law is a double edged sword

November 22, 2012

Well after history catching up with people who thought they were immune from prosecution in the media lately, You would think the csa would know better, The thing the smug csa don’t seem understand is that law is a double edge sword. I am convinced that many at the csa will loose their liberty in the future. The higher up in the agency the more blame they will attract..

I can actually visualize them accusing each other,each one of them trying to distance themselves from from what they have done, I can just see them now covering their faces from the press and TV cameras constantly outside there offices, We all know how the UK works. When the Government decides it in their own interest for the csa to be a scapegoat that’s how it will unfold, every dog has its day!

    I totally agree, the time is drawing near when the people responsible will be held accountable for the failed generation and illegal practices.The sooner the better.

    It has already started, read the post on this website – “Court ruling leaves child maintenance authority ‘emasculated’”. For too long families have been damaged, NRP’s have committed suicide, children have been let down. I’m waiting for someone to take the secretary of state to court and for the whole sham of the csa to be exposed. I had a csa worker tell me (off the record) recently that the money wont go to the PWC, but will go to the secretary of state as a ‘clawback’ for benefit payments!!! Thing is the benefit payments to a single mum or dad have already been paid through taxation and NI making the ‘clawback’ seem unlawful. Its a big fat sham. I’m just waiting for anonymous to hack them and expose the lot of them.

    Much as I detest the ruthless attitude of the CSA they are empowered and legalised by the Government. None of them will ever be made accountable because as they will tell you – its the law. No decent father will object to providing for his children, but what they do object to is being ripped off by across the board percentage calculations decided by Government.

    There used to be a ‘law’ in europe that all people of a certain faith had to wear a little yellow star! It didnt make it right. The people enforcing that ‘law’ later claimed they were ‘just doing their job’, it didnt save them from the gallows at the end of the war! They will be made accountable, we the people will make sure of that.

    @browned off
    Child Support Act ,isn’t the law.. its an Act ,An act is self defining, An Act is enforceable using Law if necessary,Law is a method/system that’s why
    the term going to Law is used,In other countries its known as Law and
    order,The problem in this country is that the media have been using
    layman’s terms for so long that people have got used to hearing the term
    a new Law,You will note that when someone is arrested the police never say
    you have broken the Law,They quote the offense and the Act involved ..

    The sooner the better I say for it coming and stop so many people suffering at the hands of these people.

    What can be done about this? Just because it’s the law, does not make it right or moral or just. This website proves it. A petition won’t solve anything I’m sure but there are so many individuals who’s lives are being torn about by a corrupt, uncompromising, bullying organisation full of faceless civil servants who neither want to know or care about this deeply unfair situation that so many of us find ourselves in. Something needs to be done but what? Being so many of us, surely our voices are stronger together. I’m far from finished fighting the CSA, no one else should let them get away with any of their fabricated arrear amounts or no response, being plagued with phone calls, or having the CSA sporadically turn up on your doorstep demanding entry (as in my case). Justice is needed, and soon.
