CSA went to court without my knowledge

This story is on going when I wrote on here some time ago when CSA Payments were paid into my son account and was classed as saving by the CSA….???

Continuation…..After years of paying my Ex direct into her bank account nothing had changed and no advise was given from the CSA as I was advised to pay direct to her and no longer into my son’s account. In total I have had 11 assessments over the years and CSA have adjusted the monies and I continued to pay direct into my Ex account.

After not having ANY Paperwork sent to me about the CSA attempting to take me to court, the CSA went to court without my knowledge. Back in 2011 I was advised by the CSA to stop payments as I or CSA could NOT confirm my son was in Full Time education, after a long conversation over the phone they advised to stop payments as they would not be able to recover the monies if deemed not in full time education. Fast forward to today, the CSA went to court without my knowledge and a 2500 debt was passed over to (ROSENDALES) after losing my rag on the phone with the CSA they don’t give too hoots, now that the debt has gone over to the bailiffs, they don’t care. After speaking to a Mr Barry Streeter in (St Leonard’s on Sea) he advised to send in all my bank statements so he/they can adjust the ROSENDALES Debt of mine! So I did in NOVEMBER 2012!!!
I have writing 6 letters in all and one direct to this Mr Streeter, after no response I’ve now written to the Chief Executive in Plymouth on the 19th-April-2013 and believe it or not this is the ONLY RESPONSE I have had which advises me (quote; In line with our Complaint procedures, your letter has been forwarded to Complaint Resolution, who will contact you within 15 working days.) 16days gone and nothing! I have not even had an acknowledgement of all the paperwork (Bank Statements) I sent in direct to Mr Streeter either!

I have sent all the paperwork (Bank Statements) that the CSA asked for as my proof of Child Maintenance being paid to my Ex, I am making voluntary CSA Payments as we speak to keep the wolves away from my door and also paying Rosendale’s Bailiff Company as well. In all I have paid over £5000 in CSA Payments to my Ex since 2005 to early 2011 CSA are saying I have not paid any monies since 2005 to 2010. They are telling me that the payments should have gone through them and not direct to my Ex Partner. I said why have CSA not told me that the goal post have been moved yet again and even after all them assessments over the years and under their instructions to pay direct to her!!!
I would love to go on TV about the CSA, is there anyone out there that can make these true stories be on air, I am drowning in this crap and the continuation of poor communication from the CSA. I have asked all the phone calls to be pulled by the CSA which clarifies they advised me to stop payments in late 2011. 6 letters down the road I have nothing and still making payments to Rosendale’s and the CSA what do I do?

    Sorry about your plight

    Dont no if i can make it onto airtime but have come to the conclusion that we need to take on this agencies policies and procedures collectively. I am in the process of trying to set up an organisation to oppose the csa as reading the many forums contact with it brings nothing but chaos poverty and misery to both PWCs and NRPs. It is still in its set up phase and will not offer a quick solution to your problem but may give you a chance to discuss issues and contribute to the fight to bring down this oppressive regime.

    Hi Eddie… In the year or two I have been reading the horrendous stories on here about the CSA, many people talk on the same lines as you, but as were all individuals, from all different parts of the country nothing seems to get done.
    However there is a lady called Lisa who regularly writes comments on here, who really seems to be getting things moving. Im sure she’ll read this story and invite you and

    Try calling or writing to the Parliamentary Ombudsmans’ office in London. Ask for their urgent intervention to stop all CSA/Bailiff action against you, until maters are properly clarified. Explain your situation to them.

    Make a massive complaint to the PHSO (ombudsman), who may be able to put any CSA action against you on hold, until your case is investigated by the ICE or PHSO.

    Hi Brett,

    Sorry it seems that you are despondent about the whole situation and I certainly can appreciate why. Logistically we play into this agencies hand and the doors are closed with regards to bringing this plight to light. I strongly as an ex union rep believe that united we stand and divided we fall. I have seen the weakness that people striving for their own goals promotes as oppossed to people standing together. This takes an awful lot of commitment but for me unless it happens the fight against these injustices will only simmer away on the back burner. We have to break down the barriers between PWCs and NRPs and deliver petition to parliament that ill be accepted……….

    We all need to start to stand together on this.

    Maybe we should all agree to walk out of our jobs on a set day, just like unions who offer to go out on strike and let companies know this date. Companies then act on this and try to resolve.

    Just imagine if and i would expect there are thousands going through the csa sign up to say enough is enough and if things don’t change and we are not listened too we will all walk out on our jobs. Hard times for us all but their system would crash and fall down, hence no more csa.

    bit ambitious i know but maybe it needs this redical reaction for people to listen to the way we are treated.

    i know i have had endless nights sleep and worry due to these people while my ex sleeps soundly in her bed. I have no issue in paying for my children but i have an issue being ripped apart with my payments that i struggle with.

    £145 more per month now she has gone to the csa along with me having limiited access to my children. CHILD, SUPPORT, AGENCY sorry but i’m struggling to see how any of those words make life better for kids. SUPPORT AGENCY !! really more like bank of nrp.

    Starting to think signing on the dole may be my best option, that is after 26 weeks due to me having to walk out as i can’t afford to live

    Well whats the verdict, is there anyone person out there going to lead us all as we are all fed up of the whole situation…………………………………..

    The writer of this complaint is dealing with the same bunch of incompetents that I am but in my case I am challenging the CSA and will be in Plymouth Crown Court on the 24th June 2013. I hope to see all NRP’s tired of the bull at court on the day!! Regina v Egonu should be interesting as the CSA aren’t used to being on the ropes!! Writing to Gary Streeter is a waste of time so is talking on the phone all communication must be in writing.

    Find out where the office of the CSA are and drive down there. The reason each office dealing always ends up million mules away is to stop you even thinking of paying the CSA office a visit well I say lets find out where they are and arrange to hit each office in our hundreds…NRP-UNION 😉
