Hello Brian
I read your post and feel rather perturbed that the CMS has refused to cancel the application. If your ex-partner has asked them to cancel it, they are legally obliged to do so. Your ex can also insist they cancel any alleged arrears.
If you are having no joy and want further advice or representation, I would be happy to help. Contact me at [email protected]. I have been specialising in CSA/CMS law for 12 years.
Regards
David.
Hi Brian
This is the second time I am trying to respond to your post. It would seem someone is trying to blacken my name. However, I am a legitimate CSA/CMS Lawyer and have helped many people in this field for over 12 years. I have worked for several law firms in civil litigation, personal injury and other legal disciplines.
I will not respond further if this not posted. Unfortunately, it will be the loss for those who need help on this forum.
In regards your circumstances, the CMS are legally obliged to cancel the application if your ex-partner so requested. Further, she can insist they cancel or forgo any alleged arrears against you.
If you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to contact me at [email protected].
