CSA told me to change my lifestyle to make payments

January 21, 2014

I am a mother and my son is 18 and last year met a girl at College (first girlfriend) and decided he wanted to move with her and her parents. The girlfriends mother decided to apply for Child Benefit, once she started receiving this, she then went to the CSA for more money, my son also has a part-time job but that still didn’t stop her. The girlfriend’s mother does not work but her husband does, she prefers to sit at home and do nothing!!.

The CSA contacted me and took all my details and now I am liable to pay 15% of my earnings, I also have another son living with me who is 16 but the CSA didn’t take that into consideration just turned around and told me I should change my life style to make these payments. I have tried to contact my son to talk this through and offered to make payments to him rather than the girlfriends mother but he has been brainwashed by his girlfriend and his girlfiends mother, they even reply to his texts, he cant’ do anything on his own and has refused to even talk or see me. My father was terminally ill and due to this my son has disowned them aswell and the girlfriends mother when talking to her states that she doesn’t have a problem with my son living with her and is happy to have another mouth to feed claiming money is no object so why make the claims?? obviously it is a vendatta against me, evil women and when I am contacted by the CSA they are rude and treat you like your in the wrong and start making threats about DOE if the money isn’t paid, I have even contemplated leaving my job because of this.

This organisation is a fast my son is working, making his own money and it was his choice to leave home, no one forced him but the HRMC will not listen and will only stop the payments to the girlfriends mother when he ends his course at college but they are relying on her to tell them, please give me some credit as if she is going to tell he HMRC that my son is no longer at colleage when she is comfortable receiving the monies she is.

You need to make sure that Child Benefit is still in payment, email the CSA and demand they do a check, CAB is useless, they are actually stakeholders in CSA and dont give a shit for anybody who is being screwed by them, [email protected]

[email protected], by emailing all these and your MP to, you will be able to make the csa realise what position they are putting you in, always make sure you email them now, dont write to them, they lose the post, always ask for correspondance in writing only, this way it will all be fact because they have to write, dont forget to ask for your data file, costs a tenner heres how

■Then the next thing you must do is order your data prints, you need to send the agency a £10 postal order made out to the Child Support Agency. Then you will send that with the pre written letter and address below. Please remember to add your details too.

Visit childsupportagencyripoffs. The child living wth you MUST be included in the calculation.. You need also to know how many hours your son works.. Over 12 hrs?. Show some compassion Sarah.. This lady has brought this child up for 18 years!!! Write to the CSA.. Don’t get involved over the phone.. It is pointless., tell them you will only correspond by letter and start putting some money aside for when the shit hits the fan.. Also tell them you are prepared to pay but only by standing order. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK DETAILS OR SET UP DIRECT DEBIT. The site mentioned is very helpful and will sort out your problem.. Is this cs2 or cs3?
