CSA is taking money from my children

Ok so my partner pays csa 2 his ex and in his last job they calculated his wage and working tax which is fair enough then got a new job but lost working tax due 2 the new rules of having 2 work 24hrs.

Now he works 30hrs for 3.33 ph and gets working tax but now csa R using my child tax credits to calculate his maintenance payments to his ex.

We have told csa that child tax is for R children but they don’t care they sent us a booklet to prove they use child tax but it only states working tax so I am a little confused I don’t think my children should pay for there half brother wen she gets child tax credits herself.

Please some1 help csa R leaving us nothing 2 live on.
