Being left on hold by CSA

Hi, I have been trying to contact the CSA by phone for a couple of days now to no avail.

As it is 08 numbers they use I am being charged to be on ” hold ” for 5 10 and even 15 minutes.

I have probably got to pay £4 so far in calls and I have yet to speak to anyone.
