We rely on church food parcels because my ex hasn’t paid anything in two years

June 20, 2013

Due to the unresponsivness of the CSA and their diabolical lack of communication my ex partner has managed to avoid any payments for nearly two years. In this time he has been able to job hop and to date owes our daughter just over £5,000.

My daughter is unwell and I am unable to work, while my ex has a very comfortable life my daughters and I accept regular food parcels off the church to ensure we have something in the cupboard. The CSA have admitted on one occasion that if they had acted sooner on a previous occassion when he re-entered work, I would have recieved the money that was owing to me at the time. Instead they wait for me to contact them to request information which is at considerable cost to myself. I feel totally let down by a system which is supposed to look out for my daughters interests.

You need to threaten the CSa with formal complaint Also go to your local library and find out when there mp visit as u can have a free chat with them they will write to CSa that usually makes them work quicker good luck ..
