Trying to confirm the address of my son’s father

I have an address for my sons father. He lives with another family. His partner claims that they are seperated for financial gain. He has boasted that he has returned CSA letters stating that he is out of the country or does not live at that address. The CSA has taken this at face value despite my seeing him on a weekly basis out shopping in his new jeep. He was made redundant from his job and recieved a healthy settlement so is in no hurry to return to work. As he is not paying taxes in this country they say there is nothing they can do. I have been told that I can make a fresh claim every 6 months. My son is left unsupported and will probably remain so for the forseeable future. Therefore it is left to myself to work my socks off to make sure he has a half decent life. I don’t think the system in operation in this country is effective. We talk about adopting the same approach as the Americans but in England its just talk.
