The CSA have been very good on my case
December 8, 2012
I was very reluctant to contact csa because i had heard so many horror stories but when the very basic private financial arrangement could not be met in 3 years, i felt i had no choice.
I have to say they have been very good and prompt and informed me at regular intervals. I am asking only for the neccesities that need to be covered for my children. If the other half could just have been fair, i would not have made the call.
Contrary to all my fears, so far so good.

So you’ve just contacted them and you’ve just started dealing with them and you think that because you’ve had a couple of phone calls where they’ve agreed with you that it’s all fine and dandy and you should come on here and post a message about how great they are ?
Unless your ex is happy to deal with them in which case what’s the point in contacting them in the first place then their reaction is unpredictable. If they are happy to deal with the CSA and they have a good job and are on a PAYE then you maybe fine. If they are not happy with the situation and they’re self employed then please return to this website in one years time and give an update on how it’s all going.
As you say, ‘so far so good’.
