<description>Hi hayley - So when did the case first become effective with the agency. Was it a year ago when your OH and his ex came to their mutual agreement?

If your OH has never supplied income details, to enable a proper calculation to be carried out, he may well be subject to a default maintenance decision. Which may be over inflating the alleged arrears ( can also work the other way though) and can be altered.

The agency should be able to deal with him regarding his case once in receipt of his name, NI number, date of birth and address.
Your OH could contact the agency in writing, he will obtain a case ref number on their written reply.
