		<description>How  do you get your money back from the goverment bully boy the CSA  
For overpayment i keep getting pushed from piller to post .
But never get a straight answer the case worker is not there or he/or she will call you back .You ask to speak to a manager only to be told no who do they thing they are fed up</description>

		<description>Normally, when the CSA obtain a Liability Order through the Courts, the next step for  them is setting the bailiffs on to the PWC. The only reason I can think of, for  the bailiffs not collecting, is that all his assets are in someone else&#039;s name and the bailiffs have nothing to sieze. 
The CSA cannot keep up with standard cases and are hopeless at chasing down NRP&#039;s who change jobs regularly , together with the additional work of further reassessments on  the new income.
Don&#039;t hold your breath asking for  compensation from the CSA. They are protected by  Legislation. Sums are discretionary and are a pittance for &#039;maladministration.&#039;</description>
