Police wanted to arrest my partner because of CSA debts
My partner split with his ex 10 years ago shortly after his son (no DNA test been done) was born. He tried everything to get access, but in the end had to give up. In the 10 years we’ve been together we have always financially struggled. We have 2 kids together. The CSA contacted us 1.5 years ago saying he owed £11.5k! We wrote to them explaining that the calculations were far too high as we have kids. We’ve had bailiffs at the door for it, but have nothing to give them. Then yesterday the police turned up with a warrant for his arrest! He has to be formally arrested on Monday morning and then go to court.
Please help, we have no money, I am so frightened that he will be put in prison. If he applies for a DNA test to be done will this delay the court procedure etc?

learn ur rights from tpuc ,dead beat dads lawful rebellion,also goto fair csa for all and got to downloads and use them .
do not phone the csa scum send allinformation recorded derlivery through your mp
ask for a complete breakdown of all arrears the csa 99percent of the time make it all up
ask for the date the cliam was made as they can only claim from that point on and not anybefore that
get the dna test done
they can not improson you for debt has been unlawful since the 1800
they cannot imprison you as it a civil matter not a crimnal mattter
if you work get them on head paper how much you earn a year if you are on 15.500 or less you can use this as if you speak to the council they will say what it take to run a home for a year
if they have bullyed you or threatened you ,breach your human rights bring this up in court
the csa scum act a lawtothem selves you cant epect to fight your side when you have no information where all this made csa crap come from
getting into court can work to your advantge if they tell to attented a court not in your area say you want transfered to your local court , cm is not law (common law read up on it now) ask for magistrates if he is on his oath and can you see his oath if he refuses then any order he gives is unlawful and you can sue his arse dont give ur name in court say you want to be address as mickey mouse or something if he says your name say no you will be address as you have asked
learn rights and let the corrupted system work for you not the other way around .

police and common law and your rights watch how they try and not honrour there oaths also get i video camera and record all to protect yourself
