Out of the blue letter was not good for my health

Not heard from csa since 2006 now I got a letter dec 2013 demanding 2000pounds if I don’t pay up they will take my car etc.

I am seriously ill not worked since 2011 cause of it and I now have mental health issues which I get help.

Getting a letter like this after so long I took a over dose but my partner stopped me and I was admitted to hospital I just don’t know wot to do.
