Never received a penny of my overpayments to my ex

March 3, 2013

I am a parent with care but also an absent parent. My case for my claim is held in Bolton CSA and Dudley is what takes the money. After paying £500 pcm for 12 months I went the tribunal an won my case payments were reduced to £5pk going back to start of payments.

So to that I was told I was to recieve a payment for the moeny I had overpayed. My ex appealed against the decision and lost. Since then I have been on nil payments after several attempts at varations she lost at every turn. Now from 22/01/2013 they’ve accepted a varation for no reason and I am to pay £500 from March. Yet my ex-wife gets away with not paying and the CSA don’t care that my present family will suffer.

To date I have not recieved a penny in the overpayments, in fact Dudly office denie there ever was an overpayment. If I play by the rules I get screwed, but my ex-wife lies because she is employed by her new partner and gets away with it. Why is there no formulie for a parent like me who has care but also classed as absent even though my ex won’t allow me or my son to see my daughter or his sister. If you can help in any way I would be very gratefull.
