My situation and ex’s should cancel each other out

June 13, 2015

Hi i live in my own home with my hubby i have two sons from a previous relationship then we have my husbands and his ex daughter who is 9 and mine and hubby 3 daughters living with us.

the thing is my hubbys ex is on income support and her partner claims disability and they have a daughter between then as well as having my hubby 15 year old living with them they dont pay us anything for the 9 year old who lives with us. we currantly get ctc but not working tax i get disability for my two sons and my hubby get about 250 a week from wages.he is self employed. what i want to know is can csa take into account my sons disability money and also the disability part of ctc. we currantly pay her 79 a week for the child she has and like i said we get nothing from her. would her csa payment from us go against her income support? also will she still get ctc for the 15 year old if we are paying csa payments?

Sorry for all the questions but csa just tell us it a different case. why cant the fact that we have one child of hers and she has one of my hubbys cancel each other out any help would be great thanks

It all makes sense when you recognize that the CSA is not there to help our children, but to justify their own existence by using every loophole in the law to take as much money as they can from NRP’s, and then give as little as possible to the PWC’s…

    It’s a Government stealth tax/scam.
