My ex changes his address and CSA can’t touch him

I applied to the CSA against my ex partner last october and have received no help whatsoever! They have been rude and unhelpful and I am sick and tired of speaking to them. I have had letter after letter stating how much my ex should be paying but that is as far as it goes.
They plead innocence in everything they do, and talk utter rubbish when you actually manage to speak to someone. My ex is just horrible, never paid a penny, never sees our son then bad mouths me to his friends and family, he has no involvement through his own choice and seems to find it funny that the “csa can’t catch him”. he changes address and jobs so often but i always manage to find out where he is, i pass these details onto the CSA only to be told that they canot take anything i say into account!!!!
I am mortified after reading so many messages that people who are actualy compliing with them are being hounded and abused whereas people like my ex who don ‘t care are being allowed to walk away scot free!!! there is no logic within their ‘organisation’ and the whole system is corrupt. I work my backside off to provide for my son and expect nothing less than money from my ex partner. This needs to be sorted, the CSA are sinking….
