My child tax credit are now going to my partner’s exes – I am fuming

August 4, 2013

Just received an assessment of csa calculations. My child tax credits are now to be paid to my partners exes. I’m fuming to put it politely. My partner is on minimum wage. There’s not really a choice of jobs is there! We can’t afford childcare for me to work, so I’m a stay at home mum for my 3 children. The government worked out what we need to live on as a family of 5 …

Hence, tax credits. It was killing us what he was paying, now, to be reassessed, the csa blood suckers are now taking mine & my children’s money for living a very humble existence, off uses, out of our mouths & into the pockets of his ex’s – whom don’t necessarily need it.

No smart price food enters there mouths, unlike us nor do they go without holidays abroad, where we are lucky to get a day or 2 out with all 5 kids. I’m all for him paying his way with his kids, but this a disgusting joke. Thanks csa, for taking money off us, that you’re mates at tax credits said we need to basically stay alive! You, tax credit. Need reassessing!

Sort this bodge up of a robbery system out!!!

I wouldn’t pay out of principal, why should your kids money that tax credits give you for being a low income family go to a woman who probably claims it herself, appeal it, this is money for your kids not hers,

Csa cant take your tax credits if they are put in a bank account with just your name And not your partners, no joint accounts. Keep your finances separate from your partners. Thats what me and my husband did when he had to pay csa. It at least means you leave yourself a portion of money they cant touch.
