Men are treated badly and there is no help available for us

Hi I pay the csa for my two children both from different relationships both wont let me see my children which upsets me the first as changed my daughters name without my consent, she is now 13yrs old, i do not have the funds to go to court and the csa say its got nothing to do with them, the second as moved to Ireland from staffordshire where i live I feel men are treated bad and there is no help out there for us

CSA are right in the sense that it isn’t within their remit to get involved with any access disputes or issues.
The child who has moved to Ireland, is that Northern Ireland or Republic? If Republic, this would be outwith CSA jurisdiction and payments on this case may no longer be required.
